"Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"

"This was our favourite stay during our trip to Vietnam. Huge, beautiful rooms. A very relaxing stay. Staff are absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. Just delightful with delicious food and fun activities like cooking class, cave tour, village visit. Cannot recommend more highly. Not the cheapest choice so favoured by couples over 35 I would say.
