"- I was checked in the first room. The air conditioner was not cold. I walked to inform the receptionist and she walked to check for me. Then let me change to another room, but the other room doesn't have hot water or warm water ,The machine doesn't work. It was very late at that time. So I have to take a cold shower.

"Room service was a daily change of towels.The walk to the beach was along a very busy road with no footpath.The air conditioning unit in flat 5 sounds like a diesel engine and there is a problem with the drains the room stinks like a sewer.On confronting staff they were not interested. If i hadn't paid over the internet i would have walked away."
