Great stay, a little out of the old town district but an easy 15 min walk to the cafes, restaurants and shopping. Very nice, clean and quiet retreat.

Cool Residence lives up to its name.

Cool Residence lives up to its name. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The room was excellent and well equipped. The only reservation would be location though this was not a problem to us as we hired scooters at the hotel. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again.

The staff was GREAT! They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the pictures online had definitely been altered to make them look MUCH better than they were. The beds were hard but it was a good night's sleep.

The hotel facilities were good (air conditioner, hair dryer). There was a shared microwave oven in the corridor. However, at night, I could hear people having s*x, so the sounds from one room could be heard across the entire floor.

La camera era ampia, ben strutturata. Il bagno spazioso dotato di 2 docce, una calda e una fredda. Il balcone utile per depositare il materiale da mare. Il servizio quotidiano alla camera era superlativo: pulizia impeccabile, ricambio della biancheria da bagno, fornitura di 2 bottiglie d'acqua fresca oltre a caffè e tè da preparare con il bollitore in dotazione. Gute Unterkunft, top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ins Zentrum ist es zu Fuß allerdings ein Stück (20-25min). Restaurants allerdings auch fußläufig vorhabden

Mon séjour était super l accueil est formidable souriant accueillant et l'équipe est au petit soin. Si on compare tout les hôtel l'hygiène est très convenable la chambre est nettoyée chaque jour ainsi que les serviettes de bain changer 👌 et surtout pour le prix . Satisfaite pour moi. Merci a eux 😘

Toujours bien

Chambre toujours aussi agréable (plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel). Malheureusement, cette fois-ci, une odeur assez désagréable se faisait sentir dans les oreillers. C'est la première fois que cela arrive, donc nous reviendrons certainement en espérant que ce n'était qu'un problème d'humidité de saison.

Very Good

A bit out of any main "tourist" areas, but this was a very good find for us. Hotel and staff were great. Rooms were clean, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. From hotel to central festival mall is just 5mins by car. Large safety box in the room. We hope to be able to return again.

Petit hôtel mais très correct pour le prix et avec une petite piscine pour se rafraîchir. A 20 min à pied de phuket Town (bars,restaurants,boutiques). Je déconseille le coté resto de l’hôtel. Le patron est très sympathique et toujours souriant
