Friendly staff although not fluent in English but tried their best to help us, excellent bedroom, inside a shopping complex so shopping is just steps away.

The property is well maintained and appears to have been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the buffet dinner, especially the locally sourced beef. The onsen was also nice, although it was smaller than those at some other onsen hotels. Apart from the initial journey from JR Nagasaki Rail Station - the station information advised us to take a taxi when a tram would have been just as easy and a lot cheaper, everything was as good as expected or better. The hotel restaurant was first class (a shame we were not able to take advantage of the fixed price buffet at weekends - we were there during the week). Stayed in a king deluxe room for 5 nights in April '25 Parking is in a carpark 1 block away. Quiet safe area. Large shopping arcade 3 blocks away. Friendly staff with minimal English... but no probs. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, there were plenty of other eaterieswithin a 10-15min walk

This hotel had a decent size room for Japan standards and was very clean. The Hotel staff were nice but were often away from the desk. Breakfast was nice enough. The down side to this hotel was the area. It was a 30minute walk to the station without luggage and it did not feel like a touristy area.

The hotel is just right next to the train station, it made to and from other cities very convenient. Staff are attentive and eager to help. Room is clean and has everything you need.

The room was very tight and could do with some hooks and a shelf on the wall. The bathroom had a step up which was easy to miss and could cause an injury.

Clean and spacious room. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great but there were a lot of guests for such a big hotel and so a bit crowded during breakfast. Hot spring baths were a bit crowded too. Close to attractions, for instance, Karatsu castle is highly recommended, and lot of dinning options. A lot of shopping options too but they are sparse and easier to access with your own car. Parking was alright but a bit crowded as well.

Nice Japanese (business) style with the usual bijou bedrooms but a great price and good location right on the tram tracks for routes A & B and close to JR rail station. NearSuizenji gardens and plenty of food outlets and supermarket nearby. Small but nice lobby with welcoming staff.
