The amenities the suite had to offer were fantastic. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was very nice and the balcony was excellent and had a great view of the lake. It was such a nice place to get away from home for a couple days and unwind.

The property was beautiful and the amenities were as described. The beach was clean and had several watercraft available. The dining room was very nice with an outdoor patio for dinner. The restaurant on site is top-notch. We had lunch and a dinner. Both were fantastic. We were going to go into Bracebridge to find a nice restaurant and we are glad we did not. Can’t wait to go back.

The property looks very nice and allows you access to a beach for swimming, a dock for jumping into the lake and two pools (although one pool wasnt open while we were there). The pools are much smaller than you would expect so can get a bit crowded. The rooms were a good size and looked like they had a nice refresh at some point in recent years. My biggest con is that our room had a dirty shower curtain and we had booked the room for 4 people and they only gave us enough towels for 2 people. In addition, we needed to sleep our kids on the pull out couch and they didn't pre-emptively leave us sheets for that either. I think if they were to pay more attention to details such as this they would retain more customers.

Staff were very friendly and quick to check us in. The room was clean and very quiet. The only complaint I have about the whole thing is the seating chair in our room has some really nasty stains on it and she probably be removed. Bed was really comfortable as well.

Great location on a quiet cove on muskoka lake. We stayed at a beachfront cottage. Waterview and steps away from the lake. The ambience was amazing. Watersports (kyaks, paddle boards, canoes) were readily available for use. Suite came with a full size kitchen and gas bbq which allowed us to really maximize our time onsite, though being 10 mins outside of Bracebridge was also covenient for a coffee or dinner out. Beach front was clean and cared for daily. Facility was new, modern and clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. Downside was the pool and hotel by the beach were out of order... had been for weeks, with zero notice leading up to check in. The lake was great but had I known I probably would not have booked at the price I did. There is a pool at the main building but it's a 10 min walk uphill, so not convenient. We also had a couple issues with TVs and appliances. Microwave did not work.. not the end of the world but it meant popcorn was off the table for a movie at night when the bugs come out. TV was missing a remote and the sound kept cutting out on the TV in the living room. Movie nights were a bit of a bust. Overall .. great spot, clean and nice staff however for the price and given the age of the resort I wasn't expecting some of these issues to be present.
