The alcohol was removed promptly, and the staff handled the matter with kindness, discretion, and professionalism. That level of understanding and customer care truly stood out to me and made me feel very supported during my stay. "

Red Lion PDX is the best hotel for price, for EZ 24hr shuttle service, for great staff, and a nice collection of convenient microwave frozen breakfast and dinner options, and, the coffee in the lobby is ready at 4 AM every morning. Perfect for early shuttle/flights."

"I went here for a place to stay and to park my car after a concert at moda center. It serves that purpose and it was cheap enough but the bed is what you would expect for a cheap hotel and it is on a main road so I woke up frequently from road noise and loud banging for some reason, I'm assuming it was the max or something. There was also some guy yelling all morning. None of that is the hotel's fault, just saying if you actually need rest it might not be the best choice but you can't beat that price or the free parking. "
