"Great staff and stay."

"Teresa the host went out of her way to be helpful, even driving to find us when we couldn't fine the lovely apartment. I would give 11 out of 10 as a review. Definitely go there. The Powder Keg restaurant and pub is easily walkable! Thanks Mark and Joanna"

"The room was spotless, well decorated and lots of period features and furniture. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they explained everything when we arrived. Continental breakfast was included which was very good. We would definitely stay here again."

"Grand old hotel with full facilities. Suffering like all from staff shortage for kitchen and front of house. "

"The owner was super nice and very helpful, we were looked after well by her."

"The hotel is old this would be fine, charming even, if things like the shower heads were updated. The TV was not very good in my room. The bathroom needs a referb. The bed was nice. The staff were nice."
