You will need to get a parking ticket from the gantry for the concierge to validate, after which you have to head down to level 2 of the parking use the carpark auto-pay machine to validate again. They do not accept Touch n' Go card for free parking validation."

"The hotel is a peaceful spot compared to the Hard Rock Hotel nearby, it also has semi direct access to the beach (main hotel is separated from the beach by a quiet road). "We will definitely come back here. The hotel has everything- waterpark, swimming pool, resto, cafe and bar. The beach is just outside the gate and there’s a lot of water sports. What we don’t like was the noise due to ongoing renovation. But overall, we had fun specially my 11 year- old son."

"My wife and I had an excellent 3 night stay at the Grand Hyatt KL. It is situated in the heart of KLCC with nearby access to KLCC park. We booked a Deluxe Room (Tower View). Our room 2409 was stunning with floor to ceiling windows giving a view of the Petronas Towers and the park with its nightly fountain light show. It was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. This was our first visit to KL and we were very pleased that we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt."

"This is a beautiful hotel and grounds, breakfast is the best EVER, pool was great/warm. Despite having a lot of guests there, it didn't feel overly crowded. It's also walkable to the little market area, which was nice, and pretty close/fast to the Penang National Park, which was nice. Definitely quite a haul to Georgetown with traffic - in the 45 mins range minimum/1 hr to the airport which seems far in a small area. We loved it though and are glad we stayed here - just don't think (as I did)...
