People, breakfast and service was amazing. For me, the room was not to my standard but great value for what I paid and convenience to the hospital was great. The breakfast staff were absolutely fab plus huge choice of food. Overall fab :)

I came down for work and this location was perfect distance to where I was working. Room was cozy and clean and had the basics i needed but was very warm. Parking was perfect, no issues parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However breakfast was a little disappointing. I had to pre order on arrival with no change for the 3 days I was there, however the food was excellent and hot. I would recommend for a short stay with a budget in mind like myself .

Clean, comfortable with basic amenities. Friendly and very helpful staff. Free Parking is a plus point. As is the hot English breakfast. If you want breakfast you're asked to give a time and select your breakfast items. Everything comes hot and fresh. The cold breakfast bar isn't bad either. Great location and all in sll excellent value for money.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was always nice to come back to a well-kept room after a full day of sightseeing in London. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The only downside was that the hotel did not have air conditioning, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable during the London heat wave while we were there. We were also disappointed that the location was not as advertised. When we booked, it indicated the hotel was about a 10-minute walk from Wembley Stadium, but that was not our experience. The hotel is outside central London, so getting to many of the city’s attractions required train rides or Uber trips, which added travel time and reduced the amount of time we had for sightseeing.

I did not have high expectations for this stay, as it was more affordable than other hotels closer to central London. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. We received fresh towels and toilet paper daily, and our rooms were cleaned and beds tidied each day. The staff members were exceptionally kind and always willing to assist us with any inquiries. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a more tranquil experience in London.
