"This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star staff and service. Every single interaction with staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. From my first phone call to arrange a pick up to the airport, to the manager, Santi, walking us out to our ride back. My one issue was Expedia lists a gym for this hotel and there isn’t one. In hind sight, I’m glad I didn’t know there wasn’t a gym, because I would not have booked this hotel. I would have missed out on a perfectly delightful experience."

I felt the hotel was a little pricey relative to the local economy. I was charged extra to use a Visa on sight for an additional room. "We came in around 22:00 to the hotel and the hotel staff was not so welcoming to us. Room is not so impressive, the bed was uncomfortable. This place definetely need a renovation. Oh the pool was nice. "

"Wonderful place to stay in Vientiane. Walking distance to everything in the center. Quiet oasis, lovely, comfortable room with balcony overlooking pool and garden, great breakfast with the best baguette outside France. Highly recommended."
