"Average boutique hotel. We had a nice, large hotel. No upgrades offered. There is NO elevators. You will be walking to your room, several stairs to carry your luggage to and from. Staff helped with luggage transport but if you have medical issues that prevents you from heavy lifting and walking up flights of stairs, I probably would not stay here. "This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star staff and service. Every single interaction with staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. From my first phone call to arrange a pick up to the airport, to the manager, Santi, walking us out to our ride back. My one issue was Expedia lists a gym for this hotel and there isn’t one. In hind sight, I’m glad I didn’t know there wasn’t a gym, because I would not have booked this hotel. I would have missed out on a perfectly delightful experience."
