"日系ホテル以外では珍しい、日本式のシャワートイレ（東南アジア式のシャワーの蛇口を自分で下に運ぶタイプでなく、TOTOのウォシュレット）が付いていたのが特に良かったです。その他のサービスや設備も、空港送迎があり、朝食のビュッフェは種類が多く味も良く、衛生や外観も良く、高級ホテルにふさわしいものでした。ただ石鹸やトイレットペーパーのような消耗品は、日本のビジネスホテル並みに、余裕を持って予備を置いてもらった方がよいと思いました（海外のホテルでは、少なめにしか置いてないことは時々あるので、私は予備を持参していましたが）。"

"I stayed her for 3 nights. A few items were missing (stolen) from my room. These items lost had sentimental value to me as well as it cost me $200. I told the front desk twice and was told that management would look into it and get back to me. Two weeks later after asking the front desk twice and emailing the hotel, I heard nothing. I know that I will never get back what I lost but though the hotel would take responsibility for my lost items. Apparently, they don't care. They could have at...

"The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast provided is good. There are fancier and more expensive hotels nearby but I am very happy with these accommodations for the price we paid."
