"Outstanding property, customer service and breakfast buffet. It is about a 20-minute walk into town. The only minor inconvenience was many tuk tuk is unable to cross the bridge so you just have to walk across to catch a cab or tour bus."

"Aloha First of all i wanted to congratulate you with an excellent service. From the shuttle driver, bellman, bartender, gardener, food service and especially the Housekeeping teams. Only complaint is the shower area always flooded and the closet don’t even have extra pillow or blanket which should be a standard. Mahalo"

"Great for seclusion and get away from it all. For visiting in the town, it's inconvenient. Staff is great, bungalows are great, location is wonderful for a yoga retreat or just meditation etc. It's not so easy to get to."

"This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star staff and service. Every single interaction with staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. From my first phone call to arrange a pick up to the airport, to the manager, Santi, walking us out to our ride back. My one issue was Expedia lists a gym for this hotel and there isn’t one. In hind sight, I’m glad I didn’t know there wasn’t a gym, because I would not have booked this hotel. I would have missed out on a perfectly delightful experience."

"Great location and comfortable accommodation. Easy access to see morning alms giving as well as night market and lots of restaurant options. The hotel restaurant was good for breakfast (we didn’t try out anything else). Amenities provided at the hotel were great. Full access to the minibar, water bottles for day use and fresh fruit. They even provided us a breakfast bag on departure since we had an early morning flight. Lovely stay during our brief time in Luang Prabang"

"This is by far one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed! We absolutely love the arquitecture and the furniture. Our room faced the river. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Every morning I looked forward to the breakfasts because they had lots of options, even for a vegetarian like me. In addition, the staff was professional, kind and very helpful."
