"Our 1st room had an air-conditioning issue. Our room was very hot. It took them until day 2 to get us a room with air-conditioning that worked. Some areas of the property is dated. The area and view however is absolutely beautiful. Some staff were very friendly..others seemed to not enjoy their jobs. Food at buffet was not great, but the other restaurants were pretty good. "

"Rooms were very small and for a booking of 4 only 2 mini bottles of water was left out. Beds were small and i had to pay for parking even though i was a guest. "

My number one annoyance was the tepid water temperature in the showers. Man, oh man, I could not wait to get home to have a steaming hot shower. Outside of these complaints, it was a good time. "
