"One of the best hotels with world class service. I have to say that Olga with the concierge desk did a wonderful job helping us get home after Mt. Etna’s eruption closed the airport at Catania. It’s a great location and a beautiful property."

"So, we booked this hotel because of the location near Isola Bella. Hotel is not updated, does not have parking, although there is paid parking lot adjacent but not connected to property and only open 8:30am to 7:00pm. Cars/motorcycles noise all day/night, and very limited parking to even get your luggage on and off, your car or taxi, and no walkway to walk to funicular/beach: you have to walk in the street with cars/motorcycles speeding by your side. For me it was stressful. Funicular to the nice Corso Umberto Street is 5 blocks away and costs $8 euros each way. All that said, if you booked any sea view room, from your balcony you have one of the best views of Isola Bella island and the hotel was walking distance to the beach. We ended up staying another night in Taormina, but we moved to a great hotel near Corso Umberto street with another great view but near restaurants, shopping, splendid views and attractions."

I’d recommend staying in the main building, more attractive and close to the pool, breakfast buffet and beautiful gardens. Staff helped me book boat tours and airport transportation. "Perfect location. The views are amazing and we love the restaurant outside with the perfect view. The hotel itself is very nice. Only thing is the shower floors are super slippery. I have never had an issue before with a shower floor being this slippery. I almost fell several times. They really need to come up with solution for this before somebody really gets hurt."
