The room was in good condition. The male staff member at the check in was not friendly at all. We were not offered any upgrades and had to ask for our bottle of wine which was not offered either . Nothing special about this stay. We chose this hotel for the convenience of the ship port being right accross the street .

Great hotel, huge family room, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was also great, friendly staff, good variety. The location of the hotel is perfect, we walked from the train station when we arrived and also walked to restaurants and If there was one thing that disappointed me was the view from our window… the building across the street had the most dirty windows I ever seen LOL… from the birds sitting on it. Not the hotel’s fault but I wouldn’t get that room for the view. We gave a good laugh at it but I would check with the hotel if your trip is for a special occasion.

Luxury comfort and good service

Luxury hotel feeling. Great view of Trieste waterfront. Very comfortable. A hotel if you want to ”play it safe” since it’s very professionally run. We didn’t book our excursions through the hotel but we saw that many other guests did.

This Hotel is right across from where you would get a ship’s departure and it’s very convenient. It is walking distance to many eateries and shopping from behind this hotel. Very walkable. We had a baloney which you could sit out on and it faced the Main Street so you could enjoy its beautiful streets and facing the ocean bay and mountains.

Gorgeous Hotel

We traveled for six weeks, and this was one of our favorite hotels. Because of my rati g with hotels.com we got an incredible upgrade to a suite. We had a balcony overlooking the sea. It was in the perfect location. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this to travelers going to Trieste.

Absolutely phenomenal. At first I discounted it as a big conference hotel without soul but the rooms are beautiful, elegant, spacious and the staff is warm. Phenomenal value. Luxury at a mid range cost. Will return.
