"It was a nice and being welcomed experience in this hotel. Their staff are very nice and helpful, there will be free parking if you pre-book with the hotel, and there is a big bath tube open for guests for free which is a bonus for relax before sleeping!"

The views from the room was beyond picturesque, it was one of those moments when you just sip your coffee and just look at the sun riseing up out of the ocean with the volcanic looking island scattered along the cost and think this is something. "Room is huge and clean. Very nice bed. But check-in are digital. Intruction was unclear. The password pad next to the door was not obvious. They required me to enter the order number but it took me plenty of guess to find out the correct answer. There is a parking close to the hotel but the intruction of parking location is in the check-in area. It would be great if it was provided in the email. Other than the virtual check-in and hard the find a parking place around. I am happy with the stay"

"夫婦と子ども1人7才で宿泊しました。 部屋はフロント横のB1でした。他の部屋とは違いはグランピング感ではなく非日常的な遊び心あるBESSの家。GW前の予約が遅くなりこの部屋しかありませんでしたが意外に良かったです。Wi-Fiも早い。ベッドはダブルベッド程のがみと三つあり余裕あります。 お風呂は広く浴槽大きくバブルが楽しめます。 一つだけ理想を言わせて頂くとしたら洗面鏡を3面にして欲しかったのと洗面器と蛇口の間がせまいので朝、寝癖直しに少し苦労したくらいです。おしゃれなんですけど。仕方ないですね。 その際のお湯の調整もかな。おしゃれなんですけど。小さな事です。ほんとにいいところでした。"
