"We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities. "普通のラブホテルです。 カギはオートロックなのでフロントに一々言わなくてはならない部分はちょっと面倒でした。 後お風呂のお湯はもう少し熱いのが出ると良かったです。シャワーは弱いですが、熱いのが出ます。 それ以外は普通だと思います。 個人ごとですが、神経質な方はやめておいた方がいいかもしれませんね。なんでも目に着いてしまうと思います。 喫煙ルームしか無いようでしたが、タバコ臭はそんなに気になりませんでした。 快適に過ごせました。"

"サウナを利用するなら絶対に宿泊で利用した方が満足度が高いです。サウナは最高でした。リピートします。 宿泊者の特典が少ないことが少し不満に感じました。 スタッフは慣れていない人が多いのか、バタバタしている印象でした。 受付カウンターでqrコードをスキャンして、利用説明の動画を2分観るように促されるが、事前に送られてくるメール等に添付して不明点を確認する方がスムーズになると思いました。 改善して欲しい点 •宿泊者はサウナ用のガウンなどは無料で使い放題にして欲しい •threeの商品は使い切りでアメニティを置くべきだと思う •サウナの利用時間も日帰り客と被らない時間から利用できるようにして欲しい •提携する施設のクーポンとかあれば客足も増加すると思う "
