Hotel New Otani Hakata
The hotel was the best one we had in Japan with all staff courteous, helpful and good at speaking English. Importantly there was plenty of place for the luggages in the room which is rare! It was very well located.

A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly.
