"Location and ocean view was FANTASTIC. While it's not a 5-star/ $1000 per night hotel, it has everything you would need/ expect from an excellent beach house. We were only a group of 2, but the house easily could accommodate 6 people. Great jumping off point to see sites on this side of the island (Hilo, Volcano, towns that existed a few years ago but then were taken by lava). "This VRBO is a privately owned room in the hotel. Check in and out was quick and easy. It is located on Kuhio Street -and about a 3 minute walk to the beach. There are many restaurants in the area. We appreciated having a couple beach towels to use, as well as the beach chairs. The chairs had some rust on them, but still worked fine at the beach. There was some snorkelling equipment in the closet, but we brought our own, so we didn't look too closely at that. We made use of TheBus to go to...

"Every detail has been thought of! The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and had everything you could need!! You really feel like you have your own private jungle bungalow. Slept like a rock in the comfy bed and the rain on the roof! Eric and Chris were SO great, wish we had more time to chat with them. next time :) It's super close to the park. Will be sending many people their way. Stop looking around and book this place!!"
