"Overall l, was a good stay at the property for my family and I. Some of the pros include the beautiful grounds, the pool and the awesome staff for breakfast and dinner! A few of the cons are that in our room the bathroom area was overrun with ants. The bed wasn’t all that comfy either, and on additional “nit” is that the front desk only allowed for two towels for our room…which was super inconvenient traveling with my spouse and 3 kids. I’m a consultant and have lived in hotels for a good chunk...

I think it would have been nice to have complementary water in the room and maybe some instructions about thevtv streaming and the AC. I liked the area close to many restaurant options but maybe someone would think it too far from the malecon. ...
