I stayed with my family and we quite enjoy our stay. Very nice location in Cuenca historic center juste beside the cathedral and a nice bistro down the road. The breakfast was excellent and an impeccable service. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Cuenca! We had a great experience staying at Hotel Vaway in Cuenca. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location was also very convenient for exploring Cuenca and enjoying the beautiful city. Everything was well maintained, and we really appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Hotel Vaway to anyone visiting Cuenca. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Ecuador! 🇪🇨❤️ Thank you to the entire Vaway team for making our stay so enjoyable!

This is 100% the best hotel in the historical area of Cuenca. They have amazing staff working at all times and delicious food that rotates in the morning. The views are also the best, as the building is directly across from the Cathedral.

The best part of this hotel is the location and the staff. The Customer Service service is wonderful. The location is right behind the cathedral so it’s right in the midst of el centro histórico. The breakfast is wonderful with a lot if selection. The downside is the noise. I requested a room change after night 1 because if you’re on the atreet aide, thw windows are not double paned so you hear everything. And they have a lounge on the 7th floor open to the public so there’s noisey people at times.

My stay at Vienna International was incredibly pleasant. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt safe exploring the old town, and the location was conveniently close to everything I needed. The staff went above and beyond to guide me on tours to take, provide safety tips after hours, and even walk me to the front to ensure I got into the right car. Definitely recommend this place.

In the center of Cuenca very safe close to a lot convenient store super markets price is very affordable bed soft and comfortable smart tv hot showers rooftop is amazing definitely worth it !

The best hotel period.

We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very peaceful with friendly staff. The food was amazing so delicious. The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of downtown Cuenca.

Very nice hotel. The reception doesn’t look particularly nice but the rooms are amazing. The staff was also friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a gym but they suggested a park nearby where one can exercise.
