My room didn’t have air conditioning and was noisy. I didn’t like the perfume used inside the facility but it is very nicely decorated, well located, very clean and well maintained, great spa and fitness room, and nice staff. The hotel exudes luxury and class. Buffet breakfast is good and free.

Friendly staff and quick check in and out. They were very helpful with taxi service. Room was comfortable and big enough. I would return to this hotel, price was also reasonable. The area was filled cafes, mall and restaurant’s. Very safe area.

This hotel was an overall great experience. I traveled with family with small children and the kids were very comfortable. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The amenities available in the hotel was top tier. I would definitely go back and recommend this property. I got all my VIP perks and the hotel restaurant was very affordable.

Le Parc was an excellent hotel with an atmosphere of warmth and helpfulness which came from every one of their staff. Any request was fulfilled immediately and always with a smile. I had three separate visits during a two week holiday so experienced different rooms which were all spacious, clean and comfortable. Some of the rooms are located in different towers so it is a mission getting to them with different elevators and a walk through passages. It also means that we were forced to go up and down stairs without a handrail which was difficult for my partner. We ate in the hotel restaurant several times and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere there. I would happily return again and will recommend it to friends.
