"The cabins were excellent, with private pools. The volcanic waters are out of this world: hot, relaxing, therapeutic. The mountains surrounding are impressive, pristine. The gardens are well tended and contribute to a civilized experience. We had massages and the four of us were unanimous about the quality of the care, the technique, the experience. The restaurants are well staffed by caring people, and offered excellent food. It was my third time at Termas Papallacta, and clearly the best."

"Loved everything about my stay! It's less than 10 minutes from the airport, where their shuttle driver waited for me at the exit with my name on a signboard. Late check-in (1am) was quick and easy. Room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable with an adjustable firmness mattress. Shower pressure was great, water was hot and there were plenty of towels. The included breakfast buffet had lots of options, was filling and tasty. Will definitely stay there again."

"I have stayed a few times and it is a beautiful place. It combines the countryside colonial life style and architecture with the modern confort and technology. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast amazing. Convenient location to stay away from the city but yet not too far."

"This is a really unique gem located in Puembro. The staff, both reception and service, were great. Had a really early shuttle to the airport, which they provide. I missed breakfast because of my early departure, but they kindly packed me a breakfast box to go. Beds were amazingly comfortable! Only issue was that it was NOT close to the airport. Expedia said “3.4 miles.” That may have been accurate for as the crow flies, but realistically you have to go all the way around something(?)) to get there, so it’s about a half hour drive to the airport."
