"The Tortuga bay suite is right by the street so you hear the street noise until about 10:30pm on workdays and about 11:30pm on a Friday. The air conditioner doesn’t work well. It makes a noise at night and is quite disturbing. With the many mosquitoes, we could not open the windows and it was quite a terrible experience to sleep at night. The soap and shampoo/body wash are diluted. The fridge is incredibly noisy and you cannot sleep with it being on. The plates are dirty and require extra...

"Great stay, they upgraded our room and we had a little balcony outside. The amenities were wonderful- pool/beach towels, drying racks, free minibar and snacks, and bikes and umbrellas to use! The staff was very accommodating with providing us breakfast before excursions and providing free transport from the ferry on check-in & check-out."

"Great location in the middle of the center of town, but very quiet, as the rooms are in a garden off the street. Is my second trip to Galápagos and have stayed there both times. "
