Hotels with Pool in East Sussex from NZ$113

Such a lovely, private setting. The host was just the right mix of being helpful and respecting privacy. Would stay again. Thanks :)

A great place to stay, delightful host and very comfortable

airconditioned

What an amazing place to stay. We were going to a wedding at a different hotel and the contrast in the hotel staff could not be more marked. The Ashdown Park Hotel staff were awesome.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable room. There just are not enough parking spaces on site so one has to park in the street with a hotel supplied permit which is slightly inconvenient though we were always to find a spot close by.

Beautiful historic hotel with lovely position and loads of charm. Friendly staff, good food and bars.

Booked this for a birthday weekend break with the wife. Saw the hotel when looking for places near Brighton. I did book it on the basis of what I had read here so thought I should return the favour for anyone else who reads this. The place is only 20 mins from Brighton and after a busy day in a busy town the picturesque quality of the hotel and surrounding area was refreshing. So much so we spent the next day around this location instead of heading back towards Brighton. I would give it 5 stars...

Great service, beautiful property and the access to the health club was awesome.

Amazing location.

Great spot with easy access to beach, pubs, town, transport etc. Beautiful spacious room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff, would recommend this hotel.

Bed uncomfortable Very quiet Staff good Breakfast very good

Property is adjacent to the beach area, we had a great view of the esplanade from our room. The check-in was great, probably the friendliest one on our 20 day trip around Europe. Room was run of the mill, bathroom could do with some modernisation together with some luxurious towels instead of the heavily used ones provided.
