"Nice design, central location"

"The room was very clean and everything you need for a short stay , parking available close by at Buzz Bingo car park ."

"The location is at perfect distance from the beach and its attractions. It is a safe and cheap alternative for solo travelers without sharing bedroom or bathroom. Very clean, nice view, and overall comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Brighton."

"Room was really nice and comfortable, only complaint is the shower wasn't brilliant,"

"Accceas to the property was via a door code which was supplied on the day at check in time which wasn’t till 3. Whilst the room was clean and had been renovated relatively recently it hadn’t been done to a good standard and needs repainting and the bathroom redoing to bring it up to a good standard. The room had French doors which opened up onto a flat roof which couldnt be used as a balcony and the Juliet balcony guard was laid on the flat roof. View out the window was horrid and over looked....

"Lovely room, every thing you could want in your room for a fabulous stay, Lovely staff, excellent breakfast and near all amenities, definitely recommend this hotel."

"Good position, comfortable and friendly"

"Great location, Friendly staff."

"Everything was great!"

"For a budget type guesthouse we felt the accommodation was very good. The welcome received was very good and professional, the room we booked was a superior type room which was very clean and functional. A little bit of street noise overnight but no real issues I would certainly book again , if eating locally the short walk to the lanes us worthwhile ."

"Very good for a one night stay while in town to see a concert (I've used the hotel before for such). Conveniently located & very reasonably priced."
