"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. "The property is very clean, comfortable and generally well equipped, with excellent TV and Fridge. There are nice little extras obviously aimed at going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The location was good for the Marina, walking to the Pier areathe cliff side walk to Rottingdean. We are both 69 and did over 20,000 steps in two days but there are regular Busses as well."
