"A lovely flat in a great location. The only thing that let it down was the communal hallway, which was very dirty and had a lot of rotting rubbish left at the bottom of the stairs. It was very smelly, with flies buzzing about and this took the edge off the stay. Property manager was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. Would stay again if the communal area was sorted. "

"We were in Brighton for just two nights to try to see the starling murmurations. The weather didn't always cooperate. But we had the best place to stay. It had a beautiful view of the water and was very cozy. We really enjoyed it. "

Nice and clean and tidy, fantastic.Our stay was very comfortable.The balcony was a bonus !!A couple of suggestions for the future.The flat is for 4-6 people, so a second set of keys which could be left in the key safe would be helpful.A roll of kitchen paper , cling film and foil would have been nice as you do not need a whole roll for a short stay.The tv has to connect to the internet before it will allow you to do anything, at present it is...

Providing us with all the information we needed well in advance and also offering us a great recommendation for breakfast. The apartment is perfect for large groups and is within walking distance of everything you could possibly need for your stay in Brighton. Would definitely stay here again!"
