"We stay at Cheyenne’s Guest Inn all the time and it never disappoints. Even with a very late check-in, the front desk gentleman was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful — exactly what you want after a long day of travel. We definitely miss our usual pretty counter ladies, but he did a great job and made us feel just as taken care of. This place continues to be our go-to whenever we’re in town. Highly recommend!"

"Very welcoming and accommodating. Unique hotel in a terrific central location. Recommendations by front desk for nearby eateries, coffee etc were very good. Only negative, which is small, was the bathroom temperature was very cold, a solid 15 degrees below the room; there was a radiator heater in the bathroom but staff said it could not be activated unless the outside temperature was below freezing! And no space heaters available. Overall a very small issue though for an otherwise very pleasant stay"

"Front desk was great. Arrived late and he was great! Was dissatisfied-pinged in breakfast and that there was no carts available to move our holiday luggage. There was one at 1 am when we checked in, but in the morning another guest had it in their room. And was not polite about sharing. "
