"Staff and amenities stood out the most to me! Staff was very nice and helpful. And having a laundry room became an unexpected necessity but was greatly appreciated. "

"This is our third stay at this property this year, and this room was by far the nicest room yet. We always get a king room on a high floor, and on occasion the furnishings in rooms have not been up to par for a Grand Hyatt. This room was impeccable, and our stay was more enjoyable as a result. The front desk staff were the same two ladies at check in and check out. They were both quite genial and professional. Valet was also pleasant."
