"Spent 2 days here. Great staff all around and amazing staff that works the breakfast rush on Easter weekend. Location 100% for transportation from trains, rails, and busses. In fact, it was a walkable distance from Holland America terminal to hotel. "

Very modern, everything we needed and more, comfy and huge bed, lovely bathroom, staff were very friendly, it was very quiet and nice and clean. "Great location, plenty of food options around, near to metro stop. Carpark in hotel, although it is quite tight space. Our daughter has a separate section for her sibgle bed with tv , which she loved. "

"Bed was comfortable, room clean and quiet. Road works outside the hotel and lift renovation in the hotel does affect accessibility to the tram stop and it takes longer than usual to get to your floor level. Front desk staff were very friendly. We did not eat at the hotel. "
