"The rooms are not very large. The pictures on the web show big ones, the two we had were quite tight. it was nice to have windows on the canal but the inside and outside of the windows was dirty so that made them not very desirable. I asked the front desk to have them cleaned but it never got done. The Tea, Coffee and Breakfast was delicious. Great staff and nice property overall. The safe in the room was modern and easy to use. Even though we had a room on the canal it was quiet during the night. The air conditioning was quiet and worked well. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with nice big lounging pillows. The bathrobes were a nice touch. The Chinese restaurant Lychee near by was exceptional (need reservations). The walk by the main canal river to the Delft Factory was nice. This hotel has a very nice location, in a quiet area but still very close to the center historic part of Delft. We took the tram (above ground electric tram) to The Hague one day and then onto the beach area from there, then back to Delft. Was so easy, scenic and fun."

"Perfectly located between a 5-15mins walk from many of the main attractions, shopping and eating areas. And if not, the metro and tram lines are a few minutes’ walk away. Easy check-in process, and if you can’t use the digital check-in system, there’s always someone at hand to help. Lockers are available if you arrive before check-in or need to store luggage after check-out. The room is comfy, clean, and has plenty of space to hang/store luggage. The shower, although contained and large, opens out directly into the room (lacks privacy for changing). A lovely, stylish hotel with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. I’d recommend it!"

"We have been travelling in europe for over a month now. We booked the King Superior Room with Harbor View for 4 nights and the view was amazing but the hotel experience was pretty underwhelming compared with many of the other properties we stayed at even at the higher cost. The room is large and has a table to sit around and enjoy the view but the table only had 1 chair. We had to use the luggage rack for a chair. We asked for another chair 3 times and finally had one brought to the room our 2nd evening we were there. There were no wine glasses in the room to enjoy a glass of wine at the table once we had a 2nd chair. The bartender was nice enough to lend us a couple of glasses but then housekeeping took them away the next day. We just gave up and drank wine from the water glasses after that. Most of the places we stayed had usb charging ports but nothing here. I assume most people that book these rooms book as a couple so wouldn't 2 chairs and a couple of wine glasses make sense? The hotel location is great but there was not one thing (outside of the harbor view) you could call a special touch that makes it worth the extra cost or that would make you want to come back."
