Great place to stay in The Zhague

Great place to stay. Very convenient for all visitor attractions. A nice touch to have 24 hour tea and coffee available. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.

Lovely buffet breakfast! Suite was fantastic, hotel feels spacious and is very clean. All staff were so polite friendly and made the stay so comfortable. Laundry facilities and 24 hr access to hot drinks and mineral water were such a nice touch Will definitely be back!
Social hour treat was a fabulous surprise. Got to meet so lovely people.

The staff is exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and truly the highlight of the hotel. However, for the prices listed (which reflect a 4-5 star rating), the overall experience doesn’t quite match those expectations. The beds could be more comfortable, and housekeeping needs more attention to detail, especially with equipment that creates dust rather than removing it. Towels are worn and need replacing. Breakfast is good, but the in-room kitchens need regular maintenance. Some pots and pans are scratched, and refrigerator shelves are unstable. While the staff provides a great experience, the amenities and services need to improve to justify the high prices and four-star listing.

Excellent hotel, awesome location, amenities, friendliness, helpfulness, breakfast are all top notch. Bed comfort, however, not theirs strong suit.

The breakfast was amazing, the service was excellent, the room was very quiet, and having a kitchen made it convenient to cook. Parking was easy, and the surrounding environment was very nice. I will stay here again next time.

Really enjoyed our recent stay here.Staff were very professional and helpful. The room was very clean and it is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this. Wednesday and Thursday evenings the hotel offered free food to guests and the breakfast was very good.
