"The bathtub in my room was amazing. Everything was done with care it appeared. So cute and unique. Felt the ambience from my window that overlooked the street below. Staff was all really friendly. I saw a couple of little doggos so that must be an option. Would stay again. "

"Good hotel with great service! All the staff were very helpful and friendly. For the price, it's a very nice place, with big rooms. Location is okay, with easy transport links, it's a 5 minute walk to both tram and metro. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Breakfast is quite expensive but it is very high quality so no complaints."

"Arrived at the hotel to find we couldn't get in. No instructions emailed to us. Went online and found previous reviews and comments that said to go to no.92 to get code to unlock door. No-one knew anything at no.92 and a guy who worked in the shop next door said that there had been problems recently. Tried calling hotels.com and the owner direct. No response. Emailed them. "Perfect location. Easy Self checkin-in. Friendly owners whom went out of their way to bring us a grand breakfast as we had a competition, so we left 45mins before breakfast started. Love the 50’s room. (Soundproof as there was a music festival near the harbour, though our room was at the back). Welcome drinks in room. "Hotel in quiet location convenient for Leiden and coast. We had the smallest room ‘Amsterdam’ billed as a single with 2 beds. There was no storage space, only one small cupboard. The beds were inset into wall and one was accessible only by a ladder, and on a balcony with little in the way of a safe handrail.
