"This is a wonderful, unique property. We had six 70 somethings and the house worked well especially the patio with koi ponds. That was lovely. The property owner is very responsive and easy to work with. The house has a great location. The only negative I would say is that if you are a clean freak, this might not be the house for you. If you can stand dust and clutter, this is a GREAT HOUSE!!! I am a clean freak and I was able to overlook those things because the rest was so fun! There is an ocean view from the upper deck and you can see the sun set into the ocean every night unless clouds obscure it. Since we are all from Kansas very far from an ocean, we really enjoyed this!"
