We invite you to come to stay in your very private guest studio by the sea. All the amenities you’ll need are here for your enjoyment. We thoroughly clean but also sanitize with a UV light that kills bacteria. There is high-speed internet and a large LED flat-screen T.V. with Netflix for your TV and movie enjoyment. The cozy ocean view deck lets you sit back and enjoy your favorite beverage or just relax and take in the view. On the deck if you prefer staying in and barbequing you are all set up, just take off the cover and turn on the heat. The dining table is suited for 2 people but will accommodate 4. The floor plan is open with maple hardwood floors throughout and vaulted ceilings. You’ll find a large full bath nicely appointed with custom cabinets and Corian countertops, the bath is a tub-shower combo. An iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are provided along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The full-size kitchen also boasts custom counters and shaker-style cabinets with a stackable washer and dryer. There is also a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, and of course dishes, glasses, and utensils. We provide basic seasonings and enough coffee cream and sugar to last a few days.
The sleeping area has a queen-size bed, a closet, a dresser, nightstands, a table light, and an alarm clock. The living area has a sofa sleeper loveseat. We also provide an EZ bed for an additional adult guest. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL COST FOR OVER 2 GUESTS. This can be paid to us when you arrive for your stay.
Mahogany encased crank windows show the beautiful sunset views and let the ocean breeze in. If the breeze isn’t enough there is a ceiling fan or if you're a bit chilly the studio is equipped with a separate heating forced air unit. There are 2 skylights to let in plenty of natural light during the day.
This studio is located on the second floor up a private set of stairs.

perfect for a couple

It was so comfortable for my husband and myself. I'm a cook and the kitchen was a great set up. The bed was perfect, just right for a great night of sleep.

Awesome Getaway

This was our second stay here and it was just at wonderful as the first. Excellent location and convenient to all the things we like to do in Cardiff and Encinitas. The accommodations are perfect and the hosts very friendly.

Great spot and very comfortable, large studio

Beautiful and very thoughtfully designed studio. The interior felt comfortable even with two kids and the windows with ocean views were lovely. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our unexpectedly shifting travel plans. Would definitely stay there again!

Cozy studio with ocean view

We enjoyed our stay in this immaculate studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Super comfortable with a full kitchen with every amenity you can think of. Only a few minutes from beaches, restaurants and other attractions. We will definitely be back!

This studio is very well arranged and decorated, so it feels bigger than it looks in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and the sunsets are beautiful - you can see a sliver of the ocean from the small balcony. It's off the main tourist areas but within quick driving distance to beaches, shopping, and a great walking trail. We appreciated the full kitchen with the set of pans and utensils. The hosts include a lot of extra touches, like soap & shampoo dispensers, kitchen condiments. Some of these extras maybe needed a little attention, like a bathroom soap dispenser needed refilling, but since some private rentals don't provide those things at all it's lovely that these hosts try to do that. It was a very pleasant, comfortable stay.

Perfect place for us!

This property had everything we needed and it was very comfortable! Owners are very responsive and we felt very safe in this neighborhood. It was also nice and quiet and we slept great! I would definitely like to stay here again when we head back to Southern California!

Wedding Celebration extended weekend getaway

Cozy Accommodations in Cardiff by the Sea

My wife and I came to Cardiff for a family event and spent four days. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed this cozy studio apartment. It had all the amenities we needed and the location was perfect. Very close to both Cardiff and Encinitas with parking. The hosts are very welcoming and communicated everything we needed to know. This will definitely be our go to spot for future visits to the area.

Perfect Stay At Beau's Place

My stay at Beau's was perfect. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. I like to cook for myself and the kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe - I went for long walks every day. The location is also perfect to easily get to and from major highways and/or the surrounding attractions. I will be back!

Only access to parking spot was to drive over a full curb at street. Could not access regular TV stations to watch NLF games. Expected Keurig coffee machine. Dryer did not dry. No spare roll of toilet tissue. Could not turn heat on at night. Other than being a bit dated, overall unit was in good area and clean.
