"Very nice condo off the beach. Kitchen amenities were great. The only downside was the few outdated things (loose sink faucet and shower head), thin walls, and the power outage due to construction. Otherwise, the room was spacious and felt like home."

"A wonderful 3 bedroom unit; clean and well appointed. I came with 2 of my adult children and my grand daughter and we were all comfortable; plenty of room for family time and plenty of privacy when needed. The outdoor space and view is beautiful and the propane fire pit is a luxury. Communication with the property management (Haustay) was great..we had no issues but did ask a few questions that were answered immediately. I highly recommend this property."

Quiet mornings and stunning sunsets, fantastic food of all kinds within blocks. Perfect location AND at an affordable price! Some noise to be expected in a condo building. For those wanting complete quiet, the one common wall and ceiling need a bit more insulation. Book it now...you'll be glad you did!"

"The condo is well located, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. It has most everything needed, including lots of towels, comfortable bed, lots of dishes and cookware. I would definitely return here for another stay. My only small suggestions would be to fix the dripping kitchen faucet (it turns off but I had to play with the lever to find just the right spot), Kleenex, and food storage items would be helpful (Saran wrap, aluminum foil, ziplocks or the like). There was something in the checkin...

"Very comfortable for our group of 8. Plenty of room for privacy and also gathering as a group. Excellent location near beach and restaurants. BUT since our family cooked each night there was not enough dishes (only 8) really needed 20, and better pots & pans would be appreciated. NO dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel or other normal items found in B & B provided. Only blocks from train that ran until 1 and then started at 6 in morning. None the less we would rent again."

"We stayed in Carlsbad for four days. Our unit was on the second floor across the highway from the ocean. The view was fantastic. There are steps to access the beach right in front of unit and you can hear the waves crashing at night. Beach is very walkable and walk to town is about ten minutes and is a very nice town. Would stay again. Easy check in and out, never saw the property manager."
