"The owner of this vrbo and his wife are two of the rudest human beings I have ever met. I was given wrong check in information which they blamed on vrbo. The code for both units were mixed up and I landed walking in on a very elderly woman sleeping on her bed. The owner was unapologetic and only willing to give me a refund for one night. I was forced to waste a lot of time with vrbo due to he and his wife’s arrogance. "
