✔️ A spacious living room with a 43 inch TV with cable connection & Netflix, and a big water cooler fan ( 30 L water capacity). There will be no aircon at living room.
✔️ The kitchen at the first floor is fully equipped with cooking basics (such as pots and pans), steamboat & BBQ Grilled Pan, microwave, refrigerator, cups, water container, boiling kettle, and etc. There might be no spices such as oil, salt and pepper for cleaning purpose but you can easily find it at mini mart (1 minute walk)
