The room was clean; however, it was not spotless, as I noticed a few hairs on the bathroom wall. Some lights in the room didn’t turn on initially, but the issue was fixed promptly. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the buffet was delicious, which left me with a positive overall impression of the hotel. The view from the room was great.

We had a great time at Awaken Hotel Danang. The hotel was well maintained and ran efficiently. The staff were courteous and professional. Every day breakfast was really good with great variety of dishes. We especially appreciated Supervisor Cong Phat and Executive Chef Thanh Tran and all other staff at the breakfast room for their attention and professionalism. We definitely will come back again and again to this sweet hotel.

Spacious rooms with many amenities available. In a central location easy to grab to most tourist areas. Air conditioning worked well but it is on a timer so you need to reset it each day. Overall really happy with my stay. Staff were helpful carrying our bags and providing recommendations.

the room was clean and spacious. nice balcony. the staff were super friendly. the drain in the shower was slow but good water pressure. the pool is covered, although it was rainy during my stay so i didn’t use. one thing i didn’t like was the amount of cockroaches and rats outside the property — a little off-putting.

Staff was really nice and friendly. Room was basic. Standard size room with a mini bacony. Loved how close it was to the beach. Literally just across the street. Lot of restaurants and spas nearby. Very convienient location actually. To get to Central city is like a 5 min drive only but a 30 min walk maybe. a major disappointment was the pool. It is a big old and the pool tiles is very slippery do be careful walking in. My cousin slipped in the pool when she walked in. I informed the front desk that signs should be placed to prevent this from happenjng to other guests. There is also no hot tub, very cold water plus high winds since it’s across from the beach.
