The staff went above and beyond for my entire stay, they arranged cars for day tours, showed me where to find convenience store, explained everything very well when needed. Breakfast had a large variety of items all of which were amazing. My room which i requested a bigger balcony on beach side for my birthday, was amazing. Perfect view!! Higher floor. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything (only a 20 min. Or so walk to Dragon Bridge) loved that the locals came to the beach across the street every morning for their exercise and swim. Absolutely recommend this hotel!!

Location, staff and breakfast was great. However my bathroom had lots of mold. Sound echos throughout the hall and the sounds of screaming children from another room could be heard in my room and guests seem to slam their doors which woke me up numerous times. Also gym is very old.

We stayed at the Parcel for nights. The front desk employees were very helpful. The room was amazing with a truly beautiful beach view on the balcony. The breakfast restaurant and staff were the best. Yume, Nora, Long, Dinh, Phong and all the others were so kind. Yume the restaurent hostess was so helpful. She gave us ideas for an itinerary with great success. She also gave for our next stop after leaving Danang which was Hoi An. David and Ariel

Staff was very helpful with planning tours, arranging airport transfers, currency exchange and where to shop especially Hannah and Nancy. Breakfast had a wide variety of items.
