Our room has an amazing view and for the view alone totally worth booking for the cost. The hotel staff however was not very friendly and were not able to assist with a request to book a day pass. Very good breakfast and rooms were very clean and spacious.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and incredibly well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making the entire experience feel luxurious, relaxing, and truly unforgettable. What made our stay even more special was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of at all times. Their hospitality made us feel at home the moment we arrived. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, easily one of the best we’ve had. There were plenty of delicious options, everything was fresh and beautifully prepared, and each morning started perfectly because of it. The villa exceeded all our expectations in every way. From the outstanding service to the beautiful atmosphere and incredible food, everything was simply perfect. We truly appreciate all the effort the team put into making our stay memorable. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

One of the best resorts for family and couples alike. If you like onsen probably the best resort altogether. Facilities were beautiful, everything one can want, perfectly clean and maintained to the highest level. Staff was attentive and genuinely cared for our well being! Akane was specially helpful, nothing was too difficult for her and she even checked up on us after getting back to Australia! Well done and thank you Da Nang Mikazuki and everyone who helped making our holiday an unforgettable success!!! We are looking forward to coming back again and again!!!

Beside the noise from an on going construction during the day, all services are excellent.
