Fantastic. Itโ€™s a quiet safe and peaceful spot with easy access to the old town. Moon and her staff are attentive and caring. After some hectic experiences in HCMC, this was just the place I needed to recuperate. Thank you to Moon and her wonderful staff.

Very nice room, especially for the price. About a 20 minute walk to the square, but the walk is along the water which makes it not feel too long! Bed isnโ€™t the most comfortable but better than some I have been to in SE Asia. Nice bathroom and accessible drinks/snacks in the room. Owner is very friendly and responds immediately via WhatsApp!

A must-stay in Hue

Upon entering Green Grass Villa, I was offered the local Huda beer (a quick way to my affections), and invited to join the owner with her family for dinner. This extremely welcoming attitude continued for the length of my two day stay. The hotel is brand new (as of January 2015), so everything is clean, efficient and up to date. The hotel is located conventionality on the edge of town in front of a picturesque rice field (my mornings included watching water buffalo meander the fresh rice fields) and a nice stroll from all the dining, sight-seeing, and shopping of the old city. The price and quality of room and amenities alone makes it a wonderful place, to stay in Hue but what truly makes it special is the ownership. Moon, her husband and their young son are extremely friendly without being intrusive. They invited me to meals, offered advice on sightseeing and shopping destinations, and helped me arrange transportation from the city. As a resident of Vietnam who has stayed in many hotels (good and bad) I couldn't recommend this one higher.

The Adresse wasnโ€™t right it was 3,7km from the original Adresse. The hotel isnโ€™t very nice from the outside, the pool is a joke and the area where the hotel is located is like nowhere. It takes a 30 minute walk to get to the city. You could borrow bikes but these are very old and it wasnโ€™t safe at all. We agreed on a very good price for all our laundry, when we checkt out it was the price for 1 kg. She told us that paying by card wasnโ€™t a problem at all and when we wanted to pay she only accepted cash. The room was clean but it was so noisy all the time you could hear every word thatโ€™s been spoken in this house. She didnโ€™t told us anything about the breakfast only after I asked here she sended us the menu. We had to pay for the water which was just to brush our teeth because u canโ€™t use the tap water in Vietnam. On the page is written that the taxi cost 350000 dong per room but in the end we had to pay 400000 dong. The service was nice but with everything I said before it wasnโ€™t a nice stay.

El nombre de anuncio no coincide con el de la propiedad, el nombre real es HOI AN CORN RIVERSIDE al buscarlo en Google maps por el nombre del anuncio me mandรณ a otra direcciรณn, tuve que pagar doble taxi para llegar ahi. Las fotos tampoco coinciden del todo, estรกn desactualizadas, la propiedad esta mucho mรกs descuidada de lo que se ve en las fotos. El personal es amable pero la encargada no estรก involucrada, le da todo igual. Rentรฉ una bicicleta me dieron una sin frenos. El desayuno regular. En general mi estancia fue buena, pero si fue muy desagradable la llegada y me molestรณ que no tuvieran la atenciรณn de llevarme otra bicicleta a dรณnde estaba como se los pedรญ, tuve que andar en ella de regreso sin frenos. El wifi en la habitaciรณn no llegaba bien la seรฑal.
