"The Sun Retreat is a great little area close to restaurants and fun outdoor activities. Its very quiet and clean. The place itself was adorable! Clean and cute and plenty of room. Its pet friendly and there are so many walking paths to take your dog for a walk. The neighbors are very friendly and we enjoyed our time there!"

"The room was roach infested. We were about to get ready for bed and found roaches around midnight. We had to wait until morning to speak with management to get this resolved. It did not get resolved. They stated we have to speak to expedia to have them do something. I reached out a few hours after and they stated the hotel took care of us expedia could do nothing. The services were not provided. "

"IT WAS AN IDEAL LOCATION FOR US. NOT FAR FROM THE TOWN AND WITH A GREAT VIEW OF THE RIVER.WE WISH WE COULD TAKE THE POOL HOME. IT WAS SUCH A TREAT TO JUST WALK IN.THE KITCHEN WAS THE MOST AMPLY SUPPLIED KITCHEN WE HAVE RENTED AND EVERYTHING WORKED!WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR MONTHS STAY THERE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME. "

"The restaurant and dock next door were pretty, as pictured, and there was a gorgeous view out of the room window, but the hotel itself was shady. It was old, dirty, dilapidated, and falling apart. Rusty lights, caulking on the floor, door jambs were rotting out. Four locks on the door, some of which did not work. For $120, I would have expected something a little less ancient. Room did have hardwood floors, and the hotel staff was very nice."
