"Our second time here. Fabulous staff and food. A treat but not too snooty that you feel out of place. Free parking a bonus! Breakfast really good. Room good but bed uncomfortable. Would have preferred a separate shower to one over the bath. All in all though a great stay."

Security was good and the on-site parking, monitored by an external company, was available whenever we needed it. "Quite a busy hotel as on the high street so open to the general public. We had to queue for breakfast on our 2nd morning at 9.30 and the breakfast items wasn’t replenished with still one hour of service left. The Grill restaurant was good but we were very disappointed with the food in The Tavern and would expect a better standard with James Martin’s name endorsing it. Our bed was very comfortable but I felt overall the room was lacking a bit of sparkle for the cost of the stay. Broadway is a beautiful village and we enjoyed the 10km walk upto Broadway Tower. "
