"What a stress. Booked months ago. Received confirmation on Monday for Friday night. 5 rooms booked for colleague reunion. Arrive late afternoon to be met by security guards. No longer a hotel, now a hostel. Hotels.com did a good job in sprting a much better hotel so they did all the could. IBIS.... taking the money and forgetting that they willl still need customers once the govt stops paying them money. "
