"I wouldn't consider this is a hotel, at best is the youth hostel, but charged as a 4 stars hotel rate. First, the taxi driver was not able to find the hotel, as the location is on the 11th floor in an old commercial building. At the front desk seems reasonable clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Inside the room is a bunk bed that really shocking as a hotel and the room size is very small. Carpet is a little old and worn, bathroom is fair with minimum facilities provided. "Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located close to the MRT station and a short walk to the airport train station. It is also right around the corner from a busy pedestrian shopping area with lots of shopping and dining options. The hotel is a Japanese chain, so many aspects of the hotel are Japanese including the bathroom layout (separate toilet from sink and bath) and lots of Japanese items at the breakfast buffet. If I had realized this beforehand I may have chosen a different hotel as I really wanted a ‘Taiwan’ experience and would have appreciated more local options for breakfast. The service was excellent, especially Louis who checked us in and provided us assistance throughout our stay. "
