"I reserved a cabin, but was told I rented the upstairs lodge. Thinking I was in error, I said OK. Very steep flight of stairs and finding out it was a shared bathroom, I went back down and said this is not what I would have rented. I cant handle this steep stairs. I need a private bathroom. They said Expedia is not listing them correctly. They did give me my cabin. Luckily it wasn't a busy night. I feel they need to chat with Expedia to get this resolved. Rest of stay very nice. Room did have a peculiar odor. I sprayed air freshener and it helped."
"The lighting in the kitchen areas were insufficient. It was hard to see around the sink area when washing dishes.
The motion detection light switch in the bathroom would turn on the lights above the sink without anyone near the bathroom. I had to remove the bulbs from the light fixture in order to sleep without the lights going on. The wifi was horrible in and around cabin 5. I was told that you were in the process of upgrading, so that's a good thing.
We used the propane BBQ one night and had no issues.
Overall, we really enjoyed the property and it's close proximity to Crater Lake and we would definitely come back for another stay.
Thank you"
"MaryAnna was very communicative and made the check-in and check-out process easy. She provided helpful information and suggestions about the area and things to visit. We especially enjoyed the quiet location on the ranch for the starry skies, watching the sunset over the Cascades and the close proximity to Crater Lake. Thank you!"
