"A lovely place in a lovely setting. Checking in was very quick with staff being attentive, pleasant and professional. The only niggle was…The weather was very warm and when we first arrived in the room all windows were closed. It heat in the room was unbearable. There was a floor standing fan which we put on straight away. There was also no fridge in the room. I appreciate that other upgrade rooms had a fridge, but I thought nowadays all hotels had at least a fridge for water and other drinks. A small thing that could be sorted as there was more than enough space in the room to put one. It doesn’t take away the experience we had in staying at this hotel and would return."

"Beautiful Hotel lovely location for exploring the Cotswolds. Enjoyed using indoor pool & spa area. Looked fairly new. Breakfast nice but bit odd certain items were at an additional cost. Not seen this before? Enjoyed what we had. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Cheltenham! From the moment I arrived, the staff were fantastic — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really set the tone for a relaxing visit. The hotel itself was very clean and felt safe throughout, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities were a great bonus and added to the overall comfort of the stay. With the heatwave during my visit, I was also grateful for the number of fans provided in the room — it made a big difference and showed the hotel’s attention to guests’ comfort. All in all, a great experience with excellent service, clean and well-maintained facilities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! "

"We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back."
