"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so...

"An interesting hotel with 70s-80s decore. A feeling of the past however with a view to the future with serious commitment to green credentials. A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. The shower was a little small and flimsy but the water was good and hot and the heating was hydronic . Staff were excellent. Only a short walk from a beautiful town and the station. "We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"
